Plain-language terms for this subscription service. Please read them before subscribing.

• What you get. Access to a search tool and PDF reports built from public code-enforcement and county property records. Premium adds research tools, owner data, the Ask Jeff helper and the value wizard.
• Public records, no guarantees. The data comes from government sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Property type, owner, value and confidence labels are our best effort and are not appraisals. Always verify with the agency or county before relying on anything.
• Not advice. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice. You decide what to do with a lead, and you follow the laws that apply to contacting owners.
• Fair use. One person per account. Do not share logins, resell or republish the data, or scrape the site.
• Billing. Standard is $50 per month and Premium is $99 per month, charged by Stripe, renewing monthly until you cancel. Executive access is by invitation only. You can switch between Standard and Premium any time (Stripe prorates). Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion.
• Imagery and maps. Photos and maps come from third parties (such as USGS and OpenStreetMap contributors) and may be out of date.
• Changes. We may change or stop the service. We will tell subscribers by email if that happens.
