What we keep, and why.

• What we store. Your email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), your plan and billing status, your saved searches and recent searches, and the date you accepted the terms.
• Payments. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Email. We send sign-up confirmations, password links, receipts-related notices and replies to your messages. We do not send marketing email without asking.
• AI helper. If you use Ask Jeff or the value wizard, your question and the property being viewed are sent to our AI provider to answer. Do not type anything private into it.
• Sharing. We do not sell your information. Service providers (Stripe, Resend, Amazon Web Services, Anthropic) process it only to run the service.
• Your choices. Contact us to see, correct or delete your data, or cancel from your account page at any time.
